Withdraw from purchase

Use this form to notify Suveniiritehas OÜ that you wish to withdraw from a purchase in the Suveniiripood online shop. No login or reason is required. Complete the details below and select “Confirm withdrawal”.

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. Withdrawal and return terms.

You can find the order number in your confirmation email. If you do not have it, enter the purchase date and other details identifying the order.

List the products and quantities you wish to return. To withdraw from the entire order, enter “Entire order”.

By selecting “Confirm withdrawal”, you give notice that you withdraw from the sales contract for the goods listed above.
